1.Normative Document

uEMC conform to the standard of EN 50121-3-2:2006;

uEthernet complies with the standard of "IEC61375-2-3:2015" and "IEC61375-3-4:2014";

uCAN complies with the updatest standard of "ISO11898-1" and "IEC61375-3-3" .

2. Interface Defintion

It is including two redundant Ethernet, 1-2 CAN/RS232/RS485 interfaces, 1 power interface. And the interface pins are defined as follows.

2.1 CAN/RS485/RS232 Interface Pin's Definition

The port is a standard OPEN5 terminal with a three-wire connection as shown in the following table.

Note: When built-in 120 Ohm terminal resistor, external dial switch enabled. When acts as CAN network terminal, need to enable 120 Ohm resistance.

2.2 The Ethernet Interface

The Ethernet is equipped with double "D" coded M12 connector with a metal shield housing, which is hole connector, and the defintion as following table.

2.3 Power Interface

The power supply is with 9-36V wide voltage function, and the definition as following table:

uDual mandatory 100M full-duplex Ethernet interface, 2KV electromagnetic isolation, default configuration is MDI mode;

uEthernet is equipped with M12-D interface.

uThe working mode of Ethernet can be as TCP Server, TCP Client, UDP and UDP multicast. The working port, target IP and port can be set.

uEthernet application layer protocol conforms to the standard of IEC61375-2-3 and IEC61375-3-4, and supports TRDP protocol.

uEthernet supports static or dynamic IP acquisition.

uMAC is globally unique or configurable.

uEthernet supports TCN-DNS and TTDB;

uIntegrated 1/2 way CAN2.0B interface, compatible with CAN2.0A, complies with ISO11898-1 standard;

uThe CAN baud rate is 40K~1Mbps, and the default baud rate is 250Kbps.

uCAN interface electrical isolation: DC 2500V or AC 1700V;

uThe CAN interface is equipped with standard CANOpen DB9 interface, which conforms to the IEC61375-3-3 standard.

uIntegrated with one 3-wire RS-232 communication interface or one 2-wire RS-485 communication interface, the default communication rate is 115200bps, other baud rates are customizable.

uRS232/485 circuit is with DC 2500V electrical isolation;

uMain power supply adopts 9-36V wide voltage DC isolation power supply, isolation withstand voltage 1500VDC;

uOperating temperature: -40℃ ~ +85℃

uStorage temperature: -40℃ ~ +85℃
